I am human RIGHT, so I might have PIG OUT days and if I do, then I'll be honest about it, and hope that you will ENCOURAGE ME to stay on track.
MY GOAL is to reach my usual 'summer' weight by JUNE.
I will post here when I have completed an entry in fitnesspal, so that you know it's worthwhile for you to view today.

ReplyDeleteI've entered my diary for Monday 16/04/2012. I ate left over curry that I made myself, yum! Oops, ate a bit more protein than intended. Walked to work and back and went to my usual Monday aerobic class, hurrah! To check out my diary, click the link above.

ReplyDeleteIt was difficult completing my food diary today, especially as I went out with friends for yum cha! But can u believe it - fitness pal has got it in its database. I couldn't remember what I had eaten but I entered it anyway. And yes, I did eat a piece of home-made banana cake for BK(I was trying out a wheat free recipe). Anyway food diary for Saturday 21/04/12 complete. I think its important to keep track of your eating even in the weekends, so u can curb back any excessive eating straight away!!

Uh oh, although I've curbed my calorie intake for today, lack of the usual exercise & over eating at restaurants etc this weekend has caused a big of a weight gain! HOW DEPRESSING! Just need to get back on track with the healthy eating & exericse! View my diary for Monday, 23/04/12 online.

ReplyDeleteFeeling pretty tired after a long weekend partying and spending time with the Frenchies. I am quite knackered and have eaten 'as I please' but rather very heavy intake towards the end of the day. Will need to snap back into it to fit into my outfit for my friend's wedding!! Maybe a run tomorrow.

Keep your food diary going this bank holiday! I was delighted to find that I'd lost 2kg in a month just by keeping the diary. No other changes. Good luck with you diary folks :)
ReplyDeleteFood diary complete for 08/05/2012. I didn't mean to eat so much of the nuts....they tasted so good and I was working away so hard on my project that I had forgotten how much I had eaten!!! Due to it's high calorie content, it had to make lunch. I did go for a run in an attempt to work it off.

ReplyDeleteI have to say something about sun & holidays has opened up my appetite and I am struggling to get back into 'pre-holiday' eating. Enjoying a lovely friday night but really must get back into usual exercise routine if I want to eat more. Let's hope I can curb back my eating a little bit - I am afterall, a bridesmaid in 2 weeks time!!!

A friend is moving to New York, so I finished the night with 2 glasses of champagne! Calorie overload for the day. And don't panic, I ate a very late breakfast and hence an earlier dinner and then was out...Hence why my food diary looks a bit strange.

I burnt 700 kcal from exericse today (or so it tells me)! I admit it was a slow run as I was dying under the scorching sun, but believe me, I sure felt every calorie BuRN!

Ran before work this morning! Was out for work drinks that dragged on to more drinks - a mad Spanish girl came back with whiskey for me when I requested a soft drink, so I drank it anyway!

Calorie burn = >600kcal (apparently). Decided to run around 13K today so did a total carb day! Also my friend is getting married tomorrow so bridesmaid duties took over cooking!
